ACP Holdings Acquisition Corp. Announces the Separate Trading of its Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants, Commencing on or about May 28, 2026

Any units not separated will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “ACGCU”, and each of the Class A ordinary shares and warrants will separately trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbols “ACGC” and “ACGCW,” respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Odyssey Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.

A registration statement relating to the securities was declared effective on April 6, 2026 in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
