Wendover welcomed residents into their new homes at Monroe Landings phase one in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Monroe Landings sits on the site of a former affordable housing community that was torn down in 2013 after being deemed uninhabitable bythe United States Department of Housing andUrban Development (HUD).
