DALLAS, Sept. 09, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Dalfen Industrial<\/a> has announced the off-market acquisition of a 350,000-square-foot, Class A industrial facility located at 4975 Powder Springs Dallas Road in Powder Springs, Georgia\u2014one of Atlanta\u2019s premier logistics submarkets.<\/p>\n

The facility is 100% leased to Leeman Architectural Woodwork<\/a> and the area is home to numerous major occupiers including Amazon<\/a>, GXO<\/a>, PepsiCo<\/a>, Bosch<\/a>, Toyota<\/a>, Mars<\/a>, FedEx<\/a>, Colgate-Palmolive<\/a>, Pratt Industries<\/a>, Sam\u2019s Club<\/a>, DHL<\/a>, PepBoys<\/a>, Automann<\/a>, Graybar<\/a>, and HF Foods<\/a>. Its strategic location offers direct access to I-20 West, Norfolk Southern\u2019s intermodal terminal, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport\u2019s cargo hub\u2014making it an ideal regional and national distribution point.<\/p>\n
