The transaction was sourced through a long-standing relationship with Colliers.<\/p>\n

The properties are 66% leased, reflecting a great value opportunity within a submarket where the vacancy rate is just 2.9%, and is home to 7 tenants with suite sizes ranging from approximately 3,000 to 7,000 square feet. The buildings feature five dock-high doors and six drive-in doors, making the asset well suited for a diverse tenant base.<\/p>\n
