The building is adjacent to the award-winning restoration of the landmarked 1910 Public Bath No. 7, which is currently leased by Blink Fitness.<\/p>\n<p>At 69 East 125<sup>th<\/sup> Street in Harlem, Greystone leased 3,500 square feet to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globenewswire.com\/Tracker?data=acsC4zmPPp01QdAa9PljbyuS9-3qMtJjYmMIGPtCQLZrb5x6XTPPdT8u9arq2207UpAo_W4LNDNMP86O4I0WtA==\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Detect\">Detect<\/a>, a COVID-19 data collection center.
