These most recent acquisitions include the Hilton Grand Vacations operations center in Orlando, FL for $24.5MM; One Renner Ridge, a class A office building in the Kansas City metro area for $22.6MM; and 1200 E. Anderson, a value-add office building in Austin, TX for $10.6MM.
