Robert is a father of three sons (four if you count an oversized “lap dog” Golden Retriever named “Dexter”), married to the same wonderful girl since 1996, grew up and lives in the Eau Claire area, and has a deep passion for real estate that becomes patently obvious during any conversation regarding home ownership and especially using real estate to build wealth.

After graduating from Menomonie High School, Robert started in real estate at the age of 21 when he bought his first commercial property in Eau Claire. At the young age of 23, he bought his first residential property in Eau Claire that consisted of a tri-plex. Several purchases and sales of both commercial and residential properties several years later, he’s now available to share his knowledge and real-world expertise as applied to both investment real estate and for your primary residence.

Robert’s military service includes serving in the US Navy on Submarines, and being stationed overseas while holding a security clearance. Needless to say, someone who has the temperament and composure to serve on a military submarine has the full capacity to calmly and intelligently handle almost any crazy possible “surprise” that may come up with a property transaction.

Never wanting to stop his education as part of his “Kaizen” (continuous improvement) view of life, he recently received his Juris Doctor law degree in 2020. Proof you can teach an old dog new tricks.

After becoming a Wisconsin licensed real estate agent, he followed the path to improving himself by obtaining a real estate broker’s license in 1997, Robert brings to the table many unique marketing and sales qualities to direct and aid in your full valuation offer potential if you’re ready to list your home or commercial property.
