INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 4, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CareSource, a managed health care plan, advises Medicare-eligible consumers that they still have time to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan that fits their needs. This year the 450,000 Medicare-eligible Hoosiers have a new plan option to help them get the most out of Medicare—CareSource Advantage.
“While Open Enrollment for Medicare Advantage will be over soon, there is still time for Medicare-eligible consumers to review their options and determine which plan is right for them,” said Bob Brett, CareSource Vice President for Medicare. “We encourage Hoosiers to shop the plans— visit Medicare.gov, attend a seminar, or call for personalized help.”
CareSource, a member-centric health plan with a 26-year history, is expanding its investment in Indiana with the introduction of a new HMO Medicare Advantage plan with coverage in 33 Indiana counties. “With CareSource Advantage, consumers get more than basic Medicare,” Brett said. “Our plans are designed to provide the best care and save consumers money by offering low premiums, low out-of-pocket costs, and prescription co-pays as low $0.”
