SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Opendoor Technologies Inc. (“Opendoor”) (Nasdaq: OPEN) today announced that it will report fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results for the period ended December 31, 2025 following the close of the market on Thursday, February 19, 2026.

On February 19, 2026, management will host our Financial Open House video livestream at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) to discuss the company’s business and financial results.
