Steve McGrath has joined The Main Street America Group as national account executive. In this newly established role on our field operations team, Steve will serve as the primary marketing contact for Main Street America’s largest multi-region accounts.
Based in Attleboro, Mass., Steve will report to New England Region president Steve Berry and be responsible for ensuring his assigned customers meet their Main Street America production plans and for driving profitable growth. He will also spearhead national account business development and national incentive programs.
Steve brings nearly 40 years of property/casualty experience to our company. He joins us from Risk Placement Services, Garden City, N.Y., where he served as area vice president and director of sales since 2005. During his tenure there, he was a member of Main Street America’s 2015 National Agency Council and chair of our New England Region Agency Council. His vast P&C experience also includes roles as vice president of agency development at Providence Washington Insurance Company, Providence, R.I., and sales management and underwriting roles at Aetna Life and Casualty Company and Amica Mutual
Steve earned his master’s degree from Northeastern University, Boston, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
