Selling Life Insurance and Wanting To Offer Home and Auto

Add home and auto insurance to your insurance sales toolbox.

You're already selling life insurance, but are you helping your clients as much as you should, and also making as much as you can per client by offering home and auto too?

If you want to increase your earnings, while simultaneously better serving your clients while increasing the retention rate of your current book, I would like to work with you.

We have three options that work well for most life insurance agents:

  1. You refer clients and receive a 30% initial commission split, and 20% of five renewals. We also agree not to replace any insurance you have placed with the client. Helping your retention rate. You can listen to each quote to learn how to sell home and auto, or totally remain hands off, the choice is yours.
  2. Same as the first option but if you’re placing more than 15 policies a month consistently, I will help you train to sell home and auto yourself, so that you can sell yourself and receive a much higher split*.
  3. Simply refer prospects to us and we’ll pay you $5 for every full home and auto application we quote to your prospects regardless if they buy or not, and $10 for each one that we beat their current price (regardless if they buy).

1 Reason Insurance will do all the heavy lifting. Including a needs analysis, finding the right markets, and offering a competitive quote that will likely save your clients money and/or providing better coverage.

Even if the client already has the carrier I think is the best option, the business is still often won because of the level of service and customer care provided.

If you don’t have a P&C license you can elect option 3, or bank the commission until you’re able to receive it.

If you find that you enjoy the P&C world and want to sell it full time, you won’t even have to go to an office. 1 Reason Insurance is a work-at-home agency and because we don’t have the large overhead as many agencies face, you have the ability to make a higher split than others driving into work every day.

Not only is selling home and auto over the phone possible, I prefer it because I can engage with more clients and dedicate more time with each because using a phone is much more efficient.

If you’re interested, call or email and let's find out if we're a good fit.

*One VERY important caveat to know about 1 Reason that’s different than many other insurance agencies. It’s a zero pressure sales type of agency with only one focus, the satisfaction of the client. We don't and you won’t “sell” here, you’ll offer the very best solution, or advise the solution they have (or looking at) is the best. I can’t overemphasize the set in stone requirement that our customer service remain miles above everyone else.
