BOLT(R) Solutions Continues to Strengthen Sales Team in Response to Market Demand for the BOLT Platform

NEW YORK, Nov. 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BOLT Solutions, Inc. (www.boltinc.com), provider of the leading online distribution and customer support platform to the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, today announced the addition of Shannon Helms and Warren Gardner to the company’s sales management team. Both seasoned insurance industry veterans, Helms and Gardner join as managing directors of sales reporting to Eric Gewirtzman, CEO. These key additions to the sales team will enable BOLT to continue its rapid response to the growing market demand for the BOLT Platform and the industry’s increasing appetite for direct distribution solutions.

Shannon Helms brings to BOLT her extensive experience with insurance software providers offering solutions for a wide range of industry segments including: carriers, TPAs, health plans, brokers and agents. Her broad experience and success in both management and individual contributor roles will be leveraged to enable BOLT to continue to support insurance carriers’ response to the emerging needs of the consumer buying experience. Prior to joining BOLT, Shannon was most recently director of sales and enterprise business architecture with Ebix Health, leading successful sales engagements and client relationships with both major carriers and leading insurance brokerages. Previous industry experience also includes Insperity, XINNIX, and Mercer Advisors. In addition to her professional experience, Shannon earned a BA from the University of West Florida.

Warren Gardner is an accomplished entrepreneur, CFO and sales executive with over 20 years of experience in software, telecommunications networks and consumer products organizations. His proven track record of success in driving revenue, brand management and exceeding revenue targets will be instrumental to BOLT’s growth and market share objectives. Warren’s previous experience also includes Ebix, serving as regional sales manager. Most recently, Warren was with Oracle as application sales manager. Additional experience includes Sity Communications, Somera Communication, QAD, and SkyWay Freight Systems as well as his educational experience at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
