To inspire families with easy-to-make recipes, Fidelis Care has launched a new initiative, Lunchology: The Basics of Healthy School Lunches. Rios will serve as brand ambassador for Lunchology and share her passion for living a healthy lifestyle by developing curated content that promotes healthy, affordable, and fun lunch choices.

She also starred on ABC’s The Chew, where her role as field correspondent made her the only Latina on a national daytime talk show. Evette spent years as a contributor on Rachael Ray, where she became known for her hands-on advice and innovative ideas. In addition, Rios has been featured in numerous publications including Parade, Siempre Mujer, and Good Housekeeping. Her frequent guest appearances include the Today Show, the Early Show, Good Morning America, and Univision’s Despierta America.
