ALBANY, N.Y., April 22, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CDPHP has opened the doors to its newest retail local, CDPHP Customer Connect, located inside the Rudy A. Ciccotti Center in Colonie, NY. The location brings the health plan one step closer to those who matter most, our members!

CDPHP is going to be there – in your neighborhood – providing you and your family with the support you need to make the more informed decisions,” said CDPHP president and CEO, Dr. John Bennett. “This announcement further cements our relationship with the Ciccotti Center, which has been a tremendous partner, sharing in our mission of improving the health and quality of care for the communities we serve,” added Bennett.
Visitors at CDPHP Customer Connect at the Ciccotti Center can meet face-to-face with a CDPHP representative to ask questions about their benefits, enroll in health care coverage, order new ID cards, find a doctor, or navigate the NY State of Health website. CDPHP has two additional retail locations: CDPHP Customer Connect at the Healthy Living Center and CDPHP Customer Connect in Latham.

Most recently, the health plan supported the Center’s Next Steps program, which is an eight-week fitness program for individuals with a variety of medical conditions, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and more.
