Late last month, Memorial Hermann Health System announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to buy an existing Medicaid plan from Molina Healthcare. The acquisition is expected to close during the second quarter of 2017 subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other closing conditions.
Located in Houston, Texas, Memorial Hermann is a nationally- recognized integrated care delivery system.
