SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Jan. 21, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Associa Hill Country congratulates Senior Vice President Sandra Vela Mora on her appointment to 2016 president of the San Antonio Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI). This is her second time serving as president.
CAI is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. For more than 30 years, CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them.

Vela Mora has been in the community management industry for 18 years. She has served as chair for the CAI Sponsorship Committee helping to increase sponsorship monies from 26K to 55K in the last five years. She is the recipient of the 2011 President’s Award, 2012 Chapter Award and 2013 Leadership Award and has earned CAI’s highest level designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
