The Council of Community Association Professionals (CCAP) nominated Cronen along with 24 other finalists across the nation who perform as on-site managers for a community association.
The National “Manager of the Year” Contest is open to professional community managers across the country who are actively engaged in managing association-governed communities. The winner will be announced at the 2016 CAI Annual Conference & Exposition in Orlando, Florida on May 4.

Cronen has been with Associa Minnesota for three years and is the on-site community manager for Stonemill Farms; a neighborhood, in Woodbury, Minnesota, comprised of 1,032 single family homes along with 90 townhomes. She has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Associations Institute.
