Farmington, Connecticut, Oct. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Beazley has expanded its technology, media & business services (TMB) team in the United States with the appointment of two underwriters.
Asia Nash and Elizabeth Monfort have recently joined Beazley as TMB underwriters based in San Francisco and Boston, respectively.
Asia brings wide-ranging underwriting, business development and sales experience across lines including technology errors & omissions (E&O), cyber and media liability as well as management liability, business owners and workers compensation.
She joins Beazley from CNA Insurance where she was an underwriting specialist for more than five years following a career in broking. Asia has built up a strong network within the west coast broking community and a track record for territory development across the region.
Elizabeth joins Beazley from AIG where she was a senior underwriter in professional liability. She specifically focused on cyber insurance for a wide range of business sectors as well as E&O, employment practices liability, management liability and architect & engineer products.
Elizabeth spent more than five years at AIG, initially as a claims analyst dealing with global property complex cases, before moving into underwriting where she worked across both middle market and large corporate accounts.
