WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Aug. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CENTURY 21 Peak, a real estate brokerage under the Peak Corporate Network, announced today, the acquisition of Century 21 My Real Estate Company in Downey, Calif., as part of a strategic and aggressive initiative to expand the company’s presence and market share throughout Southern California. This announcement marks the fifth completed acquisition by Century 21 Peak in two and a half years.

Century 21 My Real Estate Company was previously owned by Steve Roberson, who purchased the business in 1994. With this acquisition, Century 21 Peak will welcome 100 agents to the team, bringing the total agent roster to almost 450 agents. The Downey branch will continue to operate at 7827 Florence Avenue, Downey, Calif. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Steve Roberson is a distinguished Downey broker and community leader. He will continue to consult with Century 21 Peak and maintain his role as a prominent company liaison to the local community.
