Leasing Begins at Greystone’s Myrtle & Steuben Developments in Clinton Hill

NEW YORK, Jan. 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Greystone Development, a New York-based real estate development company, announced the official start of leasing today for Myrtle – located at 531 Myrtle Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Myrtle is the first of a pair of luxury rental buildings known as Myrtle & Steuben nearing completion on the intersection of the same name. The second phase of the development, Steuben, is located around the corner at 100 Steuben Street and is anticipated to launch later this year. This duo of properties is an exciting addition to a historic Brooklyn neighborhood which is currently in the midst of a residential renaissance.

The anticipated rents start at $2,300. Myrtle amenities include a fitness center, rooftop terrace with lounge and BBQ area, virtual doorman, bike storage, and washer and dryer in each unit.

100 Steuben offers 43 residences consisting of studios to three-bedrooms ranging from approximately 460 to 1,140 square feet and select homes will have private outdoor space. The anticipated rents start at $2,300. Steuben amenities include a fitness center, rooftop terrace, virtual doorman, bike storage, resident storage and resident lounge.

Envisioned by AB Architekten, an award winning firm known for their minimalist aesthetic, both Myrtle and Steuben celebrate this signature style with a simple, timeless form that will endure in perpetuity. The Myrtle façade combines concrete and metal panels with floor to ceiling double-glazed windows maximizing the light and air within each apartment. Residents will have access to soaring views of Manhattan from the building’s fitness center.

Myrtle also boasts 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail on the premier Myrtle Avenue corridor of Clinton Hill. This prime location is within walking distance of several major public transportation routes and experiences strong foot traffic. As such, the property has attracted two premier retail tenants, one of which is European Wax Center.
