National Healthcare Properties Announces Third Quarter 2026 Common Stock Dividend

NEW YORK, July 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — National Healthcare Properties, Inc. (Nasdaq: NHP / NHPAP / NHPBP) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share of its common stock (including its Class A Common Stock). The dividend will be payable in cash on July 30, 2026 to holders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2026.
